Strategic Planning Session

Thanks to everyone who joined for the session either in person or remotely. We had a very productive session and all roads lead to making India’s Aerospace and Defense Industries stronger, faster and increase exports.

We agreed on what we want to do over the next 5 years and are now prioritizing top 5 things that we will do this year.

We are using nominal group techniques or policy deployment process to do this.

Watch this space as we roll out our services and products in partnership with the world over the next few weeks and months. We will be at Paris International Air Show launching our brand globally.

We are using Lean Start Up model to build AeroDef Nexus Group, there is no fluff only clarity. We now are gonna be working asynchronous using JIRA or similar tools in a remote globally distributed teams.

Also watch this space as we name executive leadership team and board.

We are currently not considering a holding entity but will soon take a decision on one if needed.

We will be raising capital for $15-$25 M in form of LPs that are ready to wait and align to national priorities of the markets we choose to develop.
