Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve revenue targets across AeroDef Nexus’s core offerings — consulting, training academies, dual-use programs, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own and manage a high-quality, data-backed sales pipeline.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
• Identify and structure partnerships with aerospace OEMs, defense contractors, ministries, government agencies, and research institutions.
• Develop scalable BD and co-offering models with ecosystem partners across India and global geographies.
3. Go-to-Market Development
• Shape the company’s GTM and pricing strategies for new verticals and offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and strategy teams to tailor value propositions per market segment.
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
• Establish and operate a structured CRM and sales forecasting cadence.
• Ensure visibility, accuracy, and alignment between BD activity and company priorities.
5. Representation & Brand Leadership
• Represent AeroDef Nexus at industry conferences, air shows, and strategic stakeholder meetings.
• Drive thought leadership and position the company as a trusted growth partner in aerospace and defense.

Candidate Profile
Required:
• 7–12 years of experience in strategic B2B or B2G sales, ideally within aerospace, defense, civil aviation, or high-technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in closing 8-figure INR deals or strategic government contracts.
• Proven ability to navigate both startup and institutional environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at CXO and Ministry levels.
• Strong commercial judgment and outcome orientation.
Preferred:
• Understanding of defense procurement cycles, offset frameworks, or civil-military program alignment.
• Global exposure or prior work with multinational or public sector entities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and structured BD workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Cash Compensation: ₹1,00,000
• Profit Sharing / Phantom Equity: 2% (performance-linked)
• Additional travel and business development expenses reimbursed as per company policy.

• Closure of 2–3 anchor deals in priority verticals.
• Establishment of a qualified sales pipeline aligned to FY targets.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically oriented **Sales & Business Development Lead** to spearhead our customer acquisition and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of B2B or B2G sales, a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense landscape, and the ability to structure and close high-value commercial engagements.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, with ownership of our go-to-market strategy across multiple verticals — including defense consulting, capability development programs, technology partnerships, and global alliances.
